We do not create most of the content on the platform.
5. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Participation in challenges is completely voluntary.
By joining any challenge, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the challenge details
- You understand that some challenges may involve physical, social, or other risks
- You choose to participate at your own risk
You are solely responsible for:
- Your actions
- Your safety
- Your decisions
You should not participate in any challenge that you consider unsafe or inappropriate for your condition or circumstances.
6. No Professional Advice
Content on WHY NOT is provided by users and is for informational or entertainment purposes only.
We do not provide:
- Medical advice
- Fitness guidance
- Professional or safety guarantees
7. Content Moderation
We may review content (including challenges, proofs, and comments) using manual and/or automated systems.
However:
- Approval of content does not mean it is safe, accurate, or appropriate
- We do not guarantee the reliability of any content
We reserve the right to:

Users must NOT create or share content that:

12. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time.
- A 3-day grace period applies
- Logging in during this period cancels deletion
- After deletion: Personal data is removed; content may be deleted or anonymized
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
WHY NOT is not liable for:
- Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in challenges
- User-generated content
- Interactions between users
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless WHY NOT from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
15. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.
